Located in the quiet village of Slinger, Scenic View Apartments is an affordable housing option in a small-town setting! Scenic View Apartments is owned and operated by Scenic View Slinger, LLC., a partnership of the Slinger Housing Authority, BEAR Development and Boston Capital. Our property is professionally managed by ACC Management Group. Through our HUD Project Based Rental Assistance Program, we offer rents based on 30% of a household’s income. Rents are calculated on an individual basis in accordance with HUD Regulations.
Affordable Housing
Our spacious, newly renovated one and two-bedroom apartments offer desirable amenities such as community gathering areas, a fitness center and three-season gazebo.
Individuals 62 and older are given priority on our wait list for one-bedroom units. For your convenience, a limited number of garages are available to rent. Two-bedroom units include a basement storage unit as well.

Scenic View Apartments is conveniently located so that all of life’s necessities are only a few minutes away. A shopping center is located directly across the street, providing easy access to several small stores and restaurants.
The nearest grocery store is less than two miles away, and highway access is less than five minutes away for those interested in traveling to Milwaukee or northern Wisconsin.
